This job, completed in 2009 was part of a mult-unit condominium complex and featured the following:

The Installation

This 5th floor project  included coordinating with 60 individual condo owners, the association, the management company and the roofer to disconnect all the units, move them per roofer to allow for new roof to be laid. The roof hatch was too small for the new higher efficiency A/C units to fit thru so this was the perfect time to upgrade to a new Air conditioner using our crane to get them on the roof.

All refrigeration and electrical lines had to be re-routed at the roof line to make room for new cover boxes. This was not an easy task. Not until everything was sealed did we have a chance to check for leaks at hundreds of connections. Only one small leak was found! All other connections were brazed without issue.
