The Installation

Ripple Ridge is an example of what Accumax Inc.  can do in a very tight  space. The furnace room also serves as a laundry room and water heater closet typical  in most townhomes/condos

In order to install a 90% + efficient furnace (vents with pvc pipe instead of metal) we co-ordinated with the association, management company and roofer to run the pvc lines  through the attic and then the roof.

A cased coil was used and a space saving  True Steam humidifier to make this a very neat installation. An American Standard variable speed 2 stage  almost eliminate noise and temperature swings common in small spaces utilizing one main return grill.
