Between all the different makes and models there are hundreds of possible problems. There are also however many common problems. The common problems carry a flat fee rate no matter how long or difficult the repair may become and price includes diagnosis, labor, parts and service call (if applicable). This list should serve to give an idea of repair costs. If your problem is not listed here please give us a call to speak to a service technician.
- HVAC service call: $69
- Appliance service call: $59
- Emergency/after hours charge: $60 flat fee. No overtime or other charges
- A/C or Furnace tune up and clean and check $79

Air Conditioning Pricing
Sometimes units that are low on freon and customers continue to run them will freeze up the evaporator coil (above furnace) requiring defrosting (2-4 hours) and usually a return trip. If you see frost build up on the lines leading to the outside airconditioner please turn the unit off before calling for service.
