Two 25-Point Seasonal Tune-Ups
Both membership plans include two visits every year: a 25-point air conditioning inspection and tune-up in the spring, and a 25-point furnace inspection and tune-up in the fall. Each visit follows the same full checklist our technicians use in the field — you can read both in full further down this page.

24-Hour Priority Service
When your system fails, plan members go to the front of the queue. Both Standard Care and Premium Care include 24-hour priority service, so during the peak heating and cooling weeks — when the schedule fills fastest — your call is dispatched ahead of non-members.

Parts & Labor Warranty on Repairs
Every repair we perform for a member is warrantied — one full year with Standard Care, two full years with Premium Care. If a repair we made fails within that window, we come back and make it right at no charge for parts or labor.

It is $100 more per year for $299 in added services.
No. Our plans cover all major brands and equipment types. Whether you have Armstrong Air, Ducane, State, or another brand, we'll enroll your equipment and provide the same quality maintenance and repair warranty coverage.
Your agreement is transferable, so it can go to the new homeowner when you sell. If you're moving within our service area, we can move the plan with you instead. If you'd rather end it, cancel any time and the unused portion of your dues is refunded.
